HTTP / Request Errors 6 codes

ERR-404 Page Not Found

The requested URL does not match any page on the server. The page may have been moved, renamed, or deleted.

Check the URL for typos, or return to the home page.

ERR-403 Access Forbidden

You do not have permission to access this resource. Your account may lack the required role or the resource is restricted.

Contact support if you believe this is an error.

ERR-401 Authentication Required

You must be signed in to access this page. Your session may have expired or you are not logged in.

Sign in with your DBG Account to continue.

ERR-500 Internal Server Error

An unexpected error occurred on the server. Our team has been notified and is investigating.

Try again in a few minutes. If the issue persists, contact support.

ERR-503 Service Unavailable

The service is temporarily offline, usually due to scheduled maintenance or high traffic.

Wait a few minutes and try again.

ERR-429 Rate Limited

Too many requests were sent in a short period. The server has temporarily blocked further requests to prevent abuse.

Wait 60 seconds before trying again.

Authentication Errors 7 codes

ERR-AUTH-01 Invalid Credentials

The email or password you entered is incorrect. Please double-check your login details.

Use "Forgot password?" to reset your credentials.

ERR-AUTH-02 User Not Found

No account exists with this email address. You may have signed up with a different provider.

Try signing in with GitHub, or create a new account.

ERR-AUTH-03 Email Already Registered

An account with this email already exists. You may have signed up previously or used a different login method.

Try signing in instead, or use "Forgot password?" to recover your account.

ERR-AUTH-04 Weak Password

Your password does not meet the minimum security requirements. It must be at least 12 characters with uppercase, lowercase, and a number.

Choose a stronger password with mixed character types.

ERR-AUTH-05 Too Many Attempts

Your account has been temporarily locked due to too many failed login attempts. This is a security measure against brute-force attacks.

Wait for the lockout period to expire, then try again.

ERR-AUTH-06 Session Expired

Your login session has timed out for security reasons. You need to sign in again to continue.

Sign in again to restore your session.

ERR-AUTH-07 2FA Verification Failed

The two-factor authentication code you entered is incorrect or has expired. Codes refresh every 30 seconds.

Check your authenticator app and enter the current code.

Network Errors 4 codes

ERR-NET-01 Connection Failed

Unable to connect to the server. Your device may be offline or the network is experiencing issues.

Check your internet connection and try again.

ERR-NET-02 Connection Timeout

The request took too long to complete. The server may be under heavy load or your connection is slow.

Check your connection speed and try again.

ERR-NET-03 DNS Resolution Failed

The server address could not be resolved. This may indicate a DNS configuration issue or a mistyped URL.

Verify the URL or try a different DNS resolver.

ERR-NET-04 SSL/TLS Certificate Error

The secure connection could not be established. The site's security certificate may be expired or invalid.

Ensure your system clock is correct. Contact support if the issue persists.

Application Errors 5 codes

ERR-APP-01 Browser Incompatible

Your browser does not support the features required by this application. Outdated browsers may lack modern JavaScript APIs.

Update your browser to the latest version (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari).

ERR-APP-02 Storage Quota Exceeded

The browser's local storage is full. The application cannot save your preferences or session data.

Clear your browser cache and site data for this domain.

ERR-APP-03 Script Error

An unexpected JavaScript error occurred while running the application. A script failed to execute properly.

Refresh the page. If the issue persists, clear your cache or try a different browser.

ERR-APP-04 Redirect Loop Detected

The page is stuck in a redirect loop, usually caused by conflicting authentication states or corrupted cookies.

Clear cookies for this domain and sign in again.

ERR-APP-05 Feature Unavailable

This feature is currently unavailable in your region, on your device plan, or has been temporarily disabled.

Check your subscription tier or try again later.

Server / Backend Errors 4 codes

ERR-SRV-01 Database Access Denied

The Firestore security rules denied this operation. You may not have permission to read or write this document.

Ensure you are signed in and own the resource. Check Firestore rules for changes.

ERR-SRV-02 File Upload Failed

The file could not be uploaded to Firebase Storage. It may exceed the size limit or your storage quota is full.

Compress the file or reduce its size, then try again.

ERR-SRV-03 Serverless Function Error

A serverless function (Netlify Edge Function or Firebase Function) returned an unexpected error during execution.

Try again. Check the Netlify dashboard for function logs if the issue persists.

ERR-SRV-04 SSO Token Error

The Single Sign-On token is invalid, expired, or was rejected by the authentication server. Cross-domain cookie issues may also cause this.

Clear all DBG cookies and sign in again from the Account portal.
