1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the DBG Ecosystem operated by DevelopedByGolds ("DBG"). By accessing or using any application within the DBG Ecosystem, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Definitions
- "Service" refers to all applications within the DBG Ecosystem
- "User," "You" refers to any individual accessing the Service
- "Content" refers to text, images, data, and other materials
- "User Content" refers to Content submitted by users
- "Security Code" refers to the 8-digit authentication code
3. Service Agreement
By creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
4. Account Terms
4.1 Account Creation
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
- One person may not maintain more than one account
- You must provide a valid email address
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure
4.2 Account Security
- Enable Security Code for additional protection (optional)
- Never share your Security Code with anyone
- Use Emergency Lockdown if you suspect unauthorized access
- Regularly review your Login Activity and Active Sessions
4.3 Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the Privacy Dashboard. DBG reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to bypass security measures or access controls
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Transmit harmful code, malware, or viruses
- Harvest or collect user data without consent
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Use automated systems without authorization
- Engage in harassment or abusive behavior
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
7. Content Ownership
7.1 DBG Content
All Service design, code, and brand materials are owned by DBG and protected by intellectual property laws.
7.2 User Content
You retain ownership of Content you create. By using the Service, you grant DBG a license to host, store, and display your Content solely for providing the Service.
7.3 Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your Content. DBG does not endorse any User Content and reserves the right to remove Content that violates these Terms.
8. DBGCoin Terms
Coin Rules:
- Coins have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency
- Coins are non-transferable between accounts
- Coin balances may be adjusted for system errors or violations
- Coin rewards are subject to availability and may change
- Free tier: Basic features | Premium tier: Enhanced features
9. Tier System
The DBG Ecosystem uses a tier system based on account creation date:

10. Privacy and Data
- Your data is stored securely on Firebase infrastructure
- You can export your data at any time via the Privacy Dashboard
- You can delete your account and data at any time
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties

11. Security Features
- Security Code: Optional 8-digit code for additional authentication
- Emergency Lockdown: Instantly revoke all sessions and sign out
- Session Management: View and control active sessions
- Login Activity: Track login history and locations
- Cloud Sync: Sync settings across devices
12. Data Export
You may export your data at any time in JSON or CSV format through the Privacy Dashboard. Exported data includes:
- Profile information
- Login activity
- Active sessions
- Usage analytics
13. Limitation of Liability
DBG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. DBG does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold DBG harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall be resolved in courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
17. Changes to Terms
DBG reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
18. Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and DBG.
