Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any application within the DBG Ecosystem ("Service"), operated by DevelopedByGolds ("DBG," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DBG provides a collection of free digital tools accessible through a unified account system. The Service includes but is not limited to:

• DBG Account — Unified authentication and profile management
• DBG Tools — Digital utility and data processing tools
• DBG Music — Music playback and library management
• DBG Holds — Expense tracking and financial tools
• DBG Chats — Messaging and communication
• DBGCoin — Cryptocurrency dashboard and tracking

All DBG services are provided free of charge with no paid tiers, subscriptions, or in-app purchases.

3. Account Registration

To use most DBG features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and authentication credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

You may register using email/password or GitHub OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your connected OAuth accounts.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or other users' accounts
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service (including DDoS attacks, resource exhaustion, or automated abuse)
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to interact with the Service without explicit permission
• Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or any malicious code
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Collect or harvest personal information of other users
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Circumvent or bypass security features, rate limits, or access controls
• Use the Service to build a competing product or service

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or store within DBG applications. By using the Service, you grant DBG a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for the content you create and store. DBG does not pre-screen user content but reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All DBG applications, code, designs, branding, and documentation are the intellectual property of DevelopedByGolds. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without written permission.

7. Data & Privacy

Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described therein.

Key data principles:

• We do not sell your data to third parties
• You can export or delete your data at any time from your dashboard
• All data is encrypted in transit and at rest
• Session cookies use HttpOnly and Secure attributes for maximum protection

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. DBG may temporarily suspend or restrict access for maintenance, updates, or security reasons. We will attempt to provide advance notice for planned downtime.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

DBG does not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DBG SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from your dashboard settings. DBG may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• Your data will be deleted per our data retention policy
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
